A: Not all films are designed for this protection. Safety and solar safety films are available that are designed to protect against shattered glass.

Q: What is the average pay back time for solar control window films?
A: The return on investment depends on many factors: the amount of sunlit glass exposure, the type of glass, film type applied, the cost of fuel, and the cost of application. Paybacks typically range in the 2-5 year period.
